difference between 4000 and 4000M

Hi group,
           I was a little confused about the old product that is 4000 router an
d
now 4000M. What is the basic difference between them.
My thought is that RAM is upgraded in 4000M box and flash remains the same.
If this is so then 4000 can also be cool for practice lab, as not much mem
is required in practice as compare to real enviroment.

This topic is also same for 4500 versus 4500M
