I ran through a similar problem and the solution was to write erase the
flash and then do an xmodem with CRC from the consol port or AUX port
Can you do a show flash? does it say bad checksum?

flash bcoz of parity error (may be wrong).Anyway any
idea where we can get reasonable and problem-free
Flash and Memory for routers 2500-2600 !
