Annu,
You haven't got an IOS loaded on your flash (maybe that is what you said in
earlier emails). Anyway, set your config-reg to 0x41 and reload ("4" says
to ignore startup-config, and "1" says to boot from image in bootrom rather
than image in flash). Config your ethernet 0 port with an IP on your LAN,
and of course do "no shutdown" on E0. Ping your tftpserver (either a
workstation or another 2500 router with the IOS you want to copy); if the
tftpserver is on a different network, you'll have to set the default gateway
on your 2514 (probably not necessary if you're working at home). Run "copy
tftp flash". Once the IOS is copied into your new 2514, set the config-reg
back to 0x2102 and reload again. Once it comes up, "copy running start" so
your startup-config is based on the current IOS.
