Hi
If you don't specify any default queue, queue number one is used for default
queue. So read the question very well to find out if that is good enough, or
you have to choose another queue. If you make a new queue and make this the
default, you "steal" equally from all the queues (The bandwith available to
the other queues is reduced equally). If you do nothing or choose one of the
existing queues, you "steal" from just one queue.
