I ran into this too and found that it was because that image was a little
too large for the DRAM that I had. I only had 16 meg DRAM and this image (15
meg) maxed it out.

Its an IOS bug, It also happened to me last night doing the same lab on
Bradshaw's rack 1 running 12.2code
