LSA type 7 doesn't tranlate into type 5

Hello all, Today I do a lab freely and found a strang question. I setup a nssa
area,
When I "show ip ospf database nssa", I found the options of external routes are
 "No type 7/5 translation". If your nssa area connecto to backbone directly, ev
erything is correct. But if you connect your nssa area via virtual link, you ca
n found there's no LSA type 7 tranlated into type 5 in ospf database at ABR wh
ich doesn't connect backbone. Does anyone get the same result? I test it on IOS
 12.16 and 12.15c with 4000M platform and get the same result.
