Hi Basel,

Thanks for your reply. I think the same as you did at first. However, when I
checked problematic router, I found the LED of the ethernet port connected
with cable kept flashing, that means the ethernet port is up. I also tried
to connect that ethernet port with my computer NIC, my the LED of my
computer' NIC is also green(up).

Can you please help me out?
