Bad hop count

Hi Group,

When I do "show ip traffic", I'm seeing the number of bad hop count is going
up. I understand this is routing loop because of TTL expiration (Am I right
here?). But I couldn't proceed where to continue the troubleshooting.

This is a Cisco7206 with the full BGP routing table also running OSPF.

Could anyone suggest me how can I proceed...
