A terminal server is capable of running any 2500 IOS image available. I'm
doing it with my 2511 - running 12.1 with 16M Flash and Enterprise Plus IOS.
There's no secret to it, except to have enough flash and RAM, because it's
just another 2500-series router.
Someone posted that you should upgrade the memory and flash. I concur with
that recommendation. It's the best investment you could make for all of
your lab 2500's unless practicing on 12.1 isn't important to you.
