In a pinch, if "clear ip ospf process" does not work, you can always enter
"no ip ospf <process #>". Then paste your config right back in. This
completely wipes out OSPF and lets you start over without having to reboot.

Actually, given his configuration, the ospf router id will not change by
"clear ip ospf process", give it a
try. There is a way to make it change by using "clear ip ospf process" but
there's something missing from the
config... :o)
