'ipx update interval' modifies regular IPX RIP and SAP behavior while 'ipx sap
incremental' modifies IPX EIGRP behavior.
The ipx update intervals should be the same for routers and servers on a given
segment. 'ipx sap incremental' is only compatible with other Cisco routers so i
t is disabled on LAN interfaces by default.
