Peter,
Thanks for those valuable information from you. Can u explain me some m
ore.
If i buy two MC3810 with modules:
APM-FXS (voice interface)
MFT-T1 (compression module)
and connect them : MC3810--------MC3810 (both having same modules).
1- Will this be enough for me to do back-to-back ATM PVC plus voice.
2- Does these modules give me the same commands as of 3640 with ATM and
Voice.
3- Does these ATM modules can be connected to the third party ATM swtich
like bay or acsend for SVCS....
The basic theme is the do the ATM+Voice lab with least expense ...
I will be waiting for ur reply.

Subject: Re: cheapest way to implement ATM PVC
Mamoor,
4500M has no support for voice.
2600 uses the same slot for an NM-1V or NM-2V voice module as it uses
for NM-IMA ATM.
If you want voice and ATM then you need either a 3640 or a MC3810 with
AVM, BVM, or DVM and a MFT card.
Of all the options the MC3810 with AVM & MFT is probably the most cost
effective. However, it is not on the official CCIE lab kit list, though
it is used on the CVOICE course. It provides 2 x Serial + 10 BaseT and
as such is very similar in both function and performance as a 2610.
In addition it can also take both a Voice module and a Multiflex Trunk
module. The mft is available as an E1, a T1 or E1/T1 software
configurable version. CPU wise it has similar processing power to a
2610. If you want to do VoIP you need 64 Mbytes Ram and a 12.1 IOS with
VoIP support.
Hope this helps
Peter
