distribute lists dont work well with link-state protocols, and specifically
OSPF because it maintains a database which much be the same on all routers
within a given area. you can use the distribute list in to affect the
routing table on that specific router, however the OSPF database will still
have the route, and all routers within that area will put the route into the
routing table, unless you use the distribute-list on each of those routers.
