Yes there is a lab in India, i am also registered there for March. The
personal over there is Lynnda Murfy (hope i put the correct spelling), she
is the co-ordinator of the program for this region. All payments regarding
CCIE also goes directly to her. Just mail on ccie_apt@cisco.com she will
reply u back.
India is not available in on-line because that lab only conduct exams on
weekends and all the working days are for practices labs.
