I'm having the same problem with my 2500's with this version: c2500-js56i-l.121
-9.bin. But on my 2600's and 3600's, same feature and version, seems to be work
ing fine.

This is CSCdp26660. Fixed in later 12.1 and 12.2 releases. Take a look at
bug navigator. Or archives.
