I have a 2504 TR & Serial router which does not like access through the
console from Windows Hyperterminal, if I use freeware client like terra term
it has no problems, all my other routers are fine with hyperterm.
If I boot the 2504 with the console attached and hyperterm running I get the
POST output but when it comes to "Press Return to get started" the machine
does not respond, close hyperterm and run terra term and the box is fine ??
Is this a config register thing ?
