Subject: dialer callback-secure

What exactly is the purpose of the "dialer callback-secure" command.
The docs only state, "(Optional) Enable callback security, if desired" but
what type of security are they referring to since I am already
authenticating via CHAP on both the request and on the callback? Thanks.
