Regarding not being able to use summary-address because of the problem
with redist connected in 12.1 and later code where the network is
already in ospf:: as long as it crosses another ospf area, use "area x
range" command and it will then summarize it to whatever you want, works
fine. But if it's in the same ospf area.... it won't work.
