If you are specifically looking for PRI and ISDN signaling, then you MUST
have an ISDN switch between them. Whether you get this from your phone
company (ongoing, not cheap) or from an ISDN switch, like the Adtran Atlas
line (one time, not cheap), is up to you.
The adtran units you can occasionally find on EBay for a decent price.
