Yes, ABR/ASBR is attached to Area 0.

I want to redistribute NSSA external routes into Backbone area and ABR/ASBR
is not translating type-7 LSAs to type-5 LSAs.

 - Options: (No TOS-capability, No Type 7/5 translation, DC)

Is there any way I can force Type 7/5 translation on ABR/ASBR?
I believe it's something to do with that Bit P.

I'm assuming the ABR/ASBR is attached to Area 0, a foreign routing process,
and some other Area in NSSA mode.

If you attempting to prevent the redistribution of the routes into the NSSA
area and only allow them into the backbone.....

If the previous statement is true you can use the "area area-id nssa
no-redistribution" command on the ABR/ASBR to keep the redistributed routes
out of the NSSA area and only allow them into the backbone.

OSPF NSSA type-7 LSAs are converted to type-5 LSA when P Bit is on i.e P Bit
= 1.
If NSSA ASBR is also NSSA ABR, P Bit is set to zero.
Is there any knob that I can turn so that I can set P Bit to 1 while NSSA
ASBR and NSSA ABR are the same router?
