LAB 8 BGP default route injection-- router crashes

hi group

i have experienced a problem by doing a default route injection in
ccbootcamp lab8. when i type the command to inject a default route, the
router crashes!! i was using 12.1(8) Enterprise plus and i then upgraded to
12.2, has someone experienced the same problem? here is my config and the
debug ip bgp output:
