I am trying to do translational bridging and dlsw at the same time.
source-bridge ring-group 5
source-bridge transparent 5 10 1 4
dlsw local-peer peer-id 30.4.1.6 promiscuous
dlsw remote-peer 0 interface Serial12/0 pass-thru
dlsw bridge-group 4
When I add the dlsw bridge-group 4 statement my 7513 cranks up proc
utilization to 99% then crashes. It appears to be perhaps bpdu's or
something when I sho bridge.
I have three stations bridging netbui accross the dls to bring ip dls
circuits for testing. 1 token and 2 ethernet. I am able to connect to
all stations from all stations.
Would this kind of traffic actually cause my 2600 2500 7500 to come
under such a heavy proc util as 40-99%?
