Actually,
With the config supplied, router RTF would send the packets back
To RTG because it would prefer to reach 192.68.11.0/24 thru RTA.
The path thru RTA is preferred over the path thru RTD because of
The better AS-PATH and this causes the loop. One of the ways to fix it
would be to lower localpref on RTA for sending updates to RTF. This way
RTF will prefer the path to that subnet thru RTD.

Correct me if I'm wrong..

good evening. I do not agree, RTG would use the default route to RTF as
on page 403 to reach 192.68.11.0. RTF on its turn would forward the
packets via the NY link (primary).

This is what I can gather from the notes, I will try to simulate this on
