I have heard the same thing.  I want to say it was Brussells or South Africa
that had access to CCO.  I'm not sure though.  Some locations have a library
of Cisco Press book.  Some you can use Notepad and Calculator.  I am certain
(I tested in 2 different locations) that those kinds of things are NOT
standard from one location to another.  They should be.  I think that CCO is
considerably more useful than just the CD.  It's an unfair advantage IMO.
