is the address 10.1.1.30 "pingable" ? is there an
access-list on the 10.1.1.30 box ? do a "show arp" or
"show ip arp" to check if you got the layer 2 MAC
address for 10.1.1.30.
vertify your layer 3 connectivity before going to
voip.
also it would help if you tell us what kind of cisco
router, the IOS you are running and what kind of box
10.1.1.30 is.
