Yes, now I've had more time to think about it the proctor ensured I was
motivated all the way through and he amongst many other are in my prayers.

As for labs I used the bootcamp labs and must have done them all about 4
times by the time I passed but they are not the be all or end all. Like
others have said you should lab all the Doyle, Halabi scenarios for all IGPs
and BGP. Doyle Vol1 and 2 will take you a long way down the road. But a long
way is not all the way as I painfully found out. The 1 day lab will be the 2
day configurations in one day. Sounds obvious but I think the challenge will
be the stamina required to keep the concentration up for what will be a long
day. So whatever anyone has done to prepare for the two day will be the same
for the one day lab. The difference will be the approach on the day. In any
case all the labs like Bootcamp are really a type of one-day lab format
anyway but on some of the easier labs I'd add more configurations for other
technologies that are not actually in the practice lab.
