ppp multilink question

Hi,

I am working on a scenario where I have to set dialer load-threshold 70%
outbound. After doing this, how to find out this works. And I assume that
once it brings up the second channel (that is after the 70% ) it will
equally send the traffic on each channel. Or do we have to configure some
other parameter.
