DLSW load balance

Hi Group ,
I am trying to understand the load balance feature in DLSW+

#dlsw load-balance [ circuit-count | round-robin ]

When do i use circuit - count and round robin ?

This is what i understand .

Use circuit count when there are multiple circuit to the same host ( duplicate
mac address )

Use round robin when the same host ( duplicate mac address ) are connect to a
single router .

Some one please clarify . Tks
