I have noticed others on the list lookijng for similar info

This took me forever to figure out that you need ENTERPRISE PLUS to support
ISIS. Enterprise plus versions for the 2620 require 8/32 memory I have 8/24.

If you have limited memory and need to run ISIS there is an obscure IOS
version.
I found that supports it "SERVICE PROVIDER" c2600-p-mz.120-3.T3.bin
This IOS requires a slim 4/16.
