I think I am okay with expressions now,
For everyone who have the confusion:
1. Allow routes from neig AS100 and its connected AS's
^100_[0-9]*$ ( Tested okay)
2. Allow routes from neig AS100 and its connected AS's, and also if the
third AS is 111 or 234
^(100_[0-9]*|100_[0-9]*_(111|234))$ ( Tested okay)
