I think you are supposed to use the 'Interface' along side a 'Protocol'
line as follows:
frame-relay de-list 1 interface Serial0
frame-relay de-list 1 protocol ip gt 1500
If not, the Interface line would be useless because no criteria would be
selected. However when you just select an interface and not a protocol,
the command isn't smart enough to look at actual packets, only
protocol-reported packet info like size, etc.
