I did it today just like the result of Jeff.

I guess that you should wait or shut down the interface after configuring the "
summary" command, I don't rember whether I did it intentionally or not. The LSP
 will later be expired for 1200secs.Just like LSA in Ospf, just reverse count-d
own.

Maybe I'm wrong, not feeling confident about ISIS. Just a hint.
