Jason,
   I am not exactly sure but I think you need to watch out for split-horizon
issues. On an NBMA it is of on the main interface but is on in the sub
interfaces. I don't know if ip eigrp will act the same as ipx eigrp on an
NBMA where it needs to be disabled.
