I have had this issue before with a 3640. I would go to the memory
calculator and see how much I/O memory you need set aside to run the network
modules you have installed. It will tell you if you need to add the iomem
IOS command and what you need it set to. Also, if you are trying to load
12.2.something.....good luck, I'd load something in 12.1... Follow this
link...it saved my a#$!

Subject: Symptom: 3640 Router reboot itself over and over !!

Hi all
Have anyone encountered the situation that the 3640 router rebooted
itself
over and over again?
I don't think it is the crashed flash memory because I booted off the
flash
card and it showed the same symptom.
This is the first time I have ever seen this kind of issue.

Thanks in adv.
