The DTE-to-DCE cables are not a standard Cisco part, but an aftermarket
item. You may have to buy a DCE v.35 cable for one router and a DTE
v.35 cable for the other, then mate the two v.35 connectors in the middle.
60-pin DTE v.35 cables are fairly common on the used market, but you'll
probably have to buy the other end new.
Not cheap, as a rule.
