CDP at frame relay interface

Hi,

Any idea if U can't remove the "CDP enable" at the interface that configured
as encapsulation frame relay, why ??

I tried using "no cdp enable" to remove and I show run again, it still
appeared as "cdp enable", even after i reboot the router, it still shows
"cdp enable"

any clues ??
