 This is a bit of a hair split, but I stand by my point. Local Pref influences
 routing toward extra AS destinations, not intra AS destinations. With your de
finition, things like link speed, link availability, IP addressing, and every B
GP attribute _provide_ intra AS routing when in reality, they only influence su
ch.
