Well, I'm impressed. Very well done.

Once Upon a Time (i.e. a fairy story, but a true one) -
I had my management choose a girl over a guy in selecting a contractor
and she later found out and asked me why (the guy was better on paper)
and I told her "well, I told my management that girls have to be twice as
smart as guys in this job and we'd be stupid ourselves not to pick the
smartest employee available". Close to the truth, and management bought
that argument and signed her up (I had phrased it a little bit differently).
Norma adds another example to this ^_^

Anyone who complains there aren't enough high level IT staff is obviously
just looking in the wrong place to find the talent.

Now what has to be done is get all those other secretaries out there
into action, although I suspect not all will get their CCIEs as quickly.

And if we do get the secretaries in this will coincidentally help fix one
of my
long standing gripes about the IT industry - not enough [cute] girls.
