ntp problem

I'm trying to configure one of my routers as NTP master and let the other
routers in my pod use it as ntp server.

Problem is, that they seem to sync nicely initially, and then suddenly it
fails.
I haven't caught the actual failure with any debugging.

First I wanted to verify my configs.
Here are my configs (pod uses 172.20.0.0/16):

Master:
