Slow down folks....
One of the biggest pitfalls is "Its always easy to configure" but hard to
troubleshoot if the concept was missed.
Read the various network types and what they can do and they can't.
OSPF network - PMP WILL Generate host routes. If you don't want that use
Non-broadcast or broadcast or point to point (Depending on how frame relay
is configured)
Reboot and clear ip ospf process should be your last resort.
Cheers,Padhu

You know I did the same thing and was having an issue like yours. I bet you
changed the mask and didn't see anything happen to the routing table entry
even if you clear the OSPF process. Try rebooting the routers you changed
this on, and see if this works. I know it sounds like Microsoft, but I've
found this to be the case with a few other things in OSPF as well as with
removing frame subinterface configurations.
Like for instance lets say you enable OSPF on a box and then later down the
road you add a loopback interface. The router address will stay the highest
up interface address until a reboot is done, you could try clearing the
process whatever but the router address won't change. This doesn't seem like
it would be an issue, but in fact it does get to be an issue if you try to
run a virtual-link through it. You will run into a wierd problem where the
virtual link will look like everything is fine but you will notice there
were no routes on the backbone side to the virtual link areas networks.
After a reload the highest loopback address will be chosen as the router
address, then you have to obviously change the configuration on the backbone
router to point the virtual-link to the new router address and everything
will be fixed.
