Thanks Brian,

The fact is, I did not use network xxxx 0.0.0.0 at the very beginning. I have e
ncountered some wierd stuff using 0.0.0.0 when redistributing ospf about two mo
nths ago. From then on, I swear not to use 0.0.0.0 in ospf, no matter how much
pains I will have to use the wildcast mask. 0.0.0.0 in opsf is a Cisco bug.

I configured loopback before I turned up ospf on every router. I know I did not
 have problem with loopback and RID in my case, just let you know I follow stri
ckly the sequence to configure ospf over frame relay.

There is only one thing I did not do, reload, I will try to reload the routers
and let you know my observation.
