Hans,
Please note under the 2500's I own I can set the speed to 115200. The config
is as follows:
Conf t
Line 0
Speed 115200
end
Note that this is running 12.0.9 IOS IP only.
You can also break into ROM mode at boot and change the console speed
setting there.
