If you have passed the CCIE written (I will assume since you are on this
mailing list ) then you will have little to gain from NetGun. My
impression is that it is a CCNP/CCIE written exam preparation program. I
took ACPC 1 and found the material and the instructor to be of high
quality. That being said, I would not recommend this class to CCIE lab
candidates due to the fact that the pods are shared with a lab prtner. I
found the labs to be frustrating because I could not concentrate on the
objectives. When problems arise with your configurations (and these labs
are DESIGNED to cause problems) the first troubleshooting step should NOT
be "how did you set up OSPF on your router?". A LOT of time was wasted in
this manner. I am looking into CCprep in November mainly becase they have
one pod per student.

Hi All,

I am considering enrolling in Global Knowledge's NetGun Academy programme
in
the UK.

Has anyone out there had any experience with this course or can anyone draw
comparisons to the ACPP classes they also offer. It would appear when
looking
at the content covered that their is some variation between the US & UK.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Paul
