This message is typically due to running an image without enough memory
(DRAM/SRAM; DRAM in this case) to support it. Your current memory at
boot reads "2048K/2048K ". This means the router sees 4 mg. Is this the
correct memory for the router? Try reseating the memory. Also, many
cisco routers will take regular "radio shack memory" if you need to
replace it....
