  I know this is to permit the bgp connection, but my question is which
sitution I should use the num 1 access-list or num 2 access-list.

1 access-list 100 per tcp any eq 179 any
 access-list 100 per tcp any any eq 179

 or

2 access-list 100 per tcp any eq 179 any ge 1024
 access-list 100 per tcp any any eq 179
