You need "ip pim send-rp-discovery ..." to configure an Auto-RP mapping
agent.
This should be your hub router.
To run Auto-RP you should use sparse-dense-mode, since the the two Auto-RP
groups 224.0.1.39 and 224.0.1.40 should run in dense mode.

You only need "ip pim nmba" on the hub router.
It maintains state for each (S,G) and (*,G) for the spoke routers.
