If you talking about the loopback /32's with OSPF you can add the "ip ospf
network point-to-point" command under the interface or use the "area x
range" command under the OSPF process. I thing there is another way but it
doesn't come to mind right now.

If you're talking about the /32 routes created via ppp and ddr, the command
is:

no peer neighbor-route
