For loopback interfaces, network type "point-to-point" will fix it for
sure. I know that someone mentioned "broadcast" would do it also, but I'm
not sure about that since I haven't tried it.
I think that redistributing connected rather than advertising the interface
statically will also do it. Try it and let me know...
