So..
For PVC, if we don't know the number of vpi/vci, we just use pvc discovery
with 0 16, right?
For SVC, just put 0 16 and 0 5 and you're inside the game...

Do we have to use same vpi/vci for both ends?
And (ehm) what is 0 5 used for?

(sorry for this 'ccna-level' question, but if you don't have the equipment
and can't imagine all this stuff only base on your reading, what should you
do?)

you could have SVC's as well.........you don't have to have LANE
to have SVC's.

No. If you are doing pvc autodiscoverty, then you will need
0 16, for ilmi. But 0 5 is not needed for pvc's at all.
