sure. happy to.
there are a number of tasks in your lab manual. cisco has not published an
exact number or range, and I honestly can't recall from my trip through San
Jose.
each of those tasks has an assigned point value from 1 to something higher.
some questions might be worth 2 points, some worth 3 points, etc. I am not
sure what the max value I saw on my lab.
as to what kinds of things are worth what number of points, I'm not sure I
should reveal what I remember.
what I can tell you from cold hard experience is that if you go into the lab
with the idea of counting points, or studying those things which you think
will give you the most points, you will find yourself in big trouble real
fast. the dependencies alone can kill you. you might find yourself with
several points dependent upon completing a 1 point task correctly. now what?
you are far better off identifying the core topics and mastering them. you
should be able to get a clue from the wealth of good study materials
available.

Subject: points distribution
Hi Group,
Can someone give me the leads how points are distributed in Lab exam?
Something like BGP 8 points, OSPF 4 points.
Or is it NDA?
Thanks.
Kyaw Khine.
